For the evening gathering, students counted down the last two hours through a series of interesting activities. Three different groups were invited to share their precious experiences in social humanity works: Dazhi graduate who did social work in Yunnan, international social workers’ club from Shih Chien University and one Dazhi geography teacher who represented our school to go to Kenya in 2010.
In order to pray for the world, there was a copper bell specially borrowed from Confucian Temple for students to ring, pray and write down their wishes.
2011.04.28 Dazhi 5th Famine Day gave out love and hope for those who are under the threat of natural disasters and those who are suffering from famine, war and aids.
Different clubs, including Dazhi senior highs, Dazhi graduates and students from other school were invited to celebrate and show their vigorous spirits.
